We received the apartment brand new right after the construction was finished, the apartment was not designed according to the customer’s needs. 

It was important to the client to divide the space so that a large and wide public space suitable for hosting was obtained with an emphasis on functionality and storage. Also, the requirement was for a space division that would allow for 2 guest rooms, a master bedroom, and a guest bathroom. All rooms include double beds and storage closets. We changed the apartment completely, emphasizing minimalist design and functional planning that serves the client’s needs, taking into account their love for hospitality.
